Yeastar P-Series · Western Canada

Installed and supported from Alberta

For buildings where the phone is a safety system, not an office convenience. Hotels, independent schools, municipalities and extended care run Yeastar P-Series systems that stay in the building, keep the room phones, the bells and the fire panel’s line working, and come with a response time in writing.

yeastar.ca is operated by North Star Telecom, an independent Yeastar partner in Calgary. It is not Yeastar’s website.

On site across Alberta. Remote support for any Yeastar system in Canada

Already have a Yeastar system someone else installed?

We take over systems we did not install, starting with a fixed-fee Health Check that documents what is there before anyone promises a response time.

How we work

Documented first, then supported in writing

  1. The Telephony Health Check. Fixed fee: $1,500 single site, $2,500 campus plus GST. What you have, what 911 does, whether the life-safety circuits work, where the money leaks.
  2. Installation or takeover. Configured and tested in Calgary. On site across Alberta; shipped and supported elsewhere.
  3. A support agreement. A 15- or 30-minute response to a critical fault, 24 hours a day, with an annual test of the emergency-calling and life-safety circuits.
