Where we work

On-site across Alberta. Remote support for any Yeastar system in Canada.

Those are two different things, and we keep them separate on purpose.

On-site: Alberta

A technician in a truck, from Calgary, within the response commitments in our agreements. The on-site clocks in the Fully Managed and Support agreements apply to Alberta sites. Where a site is far enough from Calgary that the published on-site clock is not honest, the agreement says so with a longer clock for that site, before it is signed, not after.

The team is small and named. The technician who arrives has usually seen the site before. The truck is an hour away, not a flight.

Remote: Canada

Any Yeastar P-Series system in Canada can be supported remotely through Yeastar Central Management: diagnosis, configuration changes, firmware, backups, restores and remote repair, without a public IP address or a VPN at the site. Remote support outside Alberta is sold under a support agreement whose commitments are remote-only. On-site work outside Alberta is by arrangement and quoted, either by us travelling or through a local partner we vouch for.

We do not claim national on-site coverage, because we do not have it, and a claim we cannot keep is worth less than the one we can.

What remote support can and cannot do

Remotely, anywhere in CanadaOn-site only
Diagnose a fault, read logs, trace a callReplace a failed unit or module
Change configuration: extensions, routes, IVRs, schedules, PMS settingsRewire a port, test a circuit at the panel
Apply firmware and security updates on a scheduleInstall or move handsets, speakers, door phones
Take and verify backups; restore to a replacement unit shipped from CalgaryTest the elevator, refuge and pool phones in person
Monitor the system and receive alarmsWalk the building for a Health Check

A Health Check requires a site visit. For a site outside Alberta we quote the visit, or we do a remote documentation pass first and say plainly what it cannot verify.

Hours

Office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 3:00 Mountain, for walk-in and general enquiries. Support hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 Mountain. Under a service agreement, a critical fault reaches an on-call technician outside support hours, 24 hours a day.

Frequently asked questions

We are in Saskatchewan with a P560 nobody supports any more. Can you help?

Yes, remotely, under a remote-only agreement, with a shipped replacement unit if the hardware fails. On-site work is quoted.

Does “on-site across Alberta” mean the same clock in Grande Prairie as in Calgary?

No, and the agreement for a Grande Prairie site will say what the clock is. We would rather publish a longer honest number than a short one we miss.

Can you take over a system in British Columbia?

Remotely, yes. The Health Check needs someone on site; we quote a visit or arrange a local partner.

Service-area wording set 4 November 2026. The agreements govern the commitments for each site.

A fixed-fee review of what you have, what 911 does, whether the life-safety circuits work, and where the money leaks. $1,500 for a single site, $2,500 for a campus, plus GST, with a written report either way.
