Who makes this site
yeastar.ca is written and operated by North Star Telecom, Calgary, Alberta, an independent Yeastar partner. It is not Yeastar’s site. Product facts are taken from Yeastar’s published documentation and carry the date they were last checked; recommendations and opinions are ours.
Images
- Product photographs and screenshots of Yeastar systems and Yealink handsets are supplied by Yeastar and Yealink under their partner programmes and remain their property.
- Contextual photography supplied by Yealink or Yeastar shows models in settings staged by those companies. It does not depict North Star staff, customers or installations, and is captioned as vendor imagery where it appears.
- Licensed stock photography (iStock) shows general settings such as hotel lobbies, offices and classrooms. It is captioned “Photo: iStock” and never presented as North Star staff, customers or installations.
- Photographs of North Star’s people, where they appear, are our own, taken with their consent.
- Illustrations are generated with an AI image model (Flux 1.1 Pro, from Black Forest Labs) from written briefs in a screenprint poster style, then chosen by North Star. The model, the full prompt, the seed and the date of every illustration are kept on file. No illustration depicts a real North Star customer, site or person, and none stands in for a photograph of our work.
- We do not use stock photography to stand in for our own work, our people or our customers.
Each image’s source and licence is recorded in our attribution log.
Facts and dates
Every reference page states when it was last checked against Yeastar’s or the regulator’s published page, and how often it is reviewed. Regulatory statements say whether something is a requirement or a practice. We do not quote uptime percentages, we do not certify compliance, and we do not name customers without written consent.
Corrections

WordPress with Elementor Pro, hosted on Laravel Forge, with fonts self-hosted. Pages are written to work without JavaScript, including the contact and Health Check forms and click-to-call, because many of our customers are rural.
