About this site
yeastar.ca is operated by North Star Telecom, an independent Yeastar partner based in Calgary, Alberta. It is not Yeastar’s website. Yeastar is a registered trademark of Yeastar Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Yeastar’s own site is yeastar.com. We run this site because we install, take over and support Yeastar systems across Western Canada, and because the questions a hotel, a school, a town or a care home asks about those systems deserve answers written for Canadian buildings.
North Star Telecom
A business telephony company founded in Calgary in 2006. We design, install and maintain phone systems for organisations across Western Canada: hotels, independent schools, municipalities, extended care, Hutterite colonies and small businesses. We are not a reseller passing support to a vendor. The people who answer the phone work here, the technician who arrives has usually seen the site before, and the truck is an hour away rather than a flight.

What this site is
A reference on Yeastar P-Series systems as they are used in Canadian buildings: the editions and the appliance models, the integrations that matter to hotels, schools and towns, what Canada requires for 911, and how we install, take over and support these systems. Every product fact carries the date we checked it against Yeastar’s page.

Community
Part of every North Star customer’s bill goes to 4-H clubs across Alberta. We have done that since the beginning, and we would rather invest there than in a billboard.
