Yeastar P-Series

Yeastar P-Series plans, add-ons and what renews

A P-Series appliance is a one-time purchase that includes the Standard plan. Everything that makes it more than a phone system is a subscription: the Enterprise or Ultimate plan, the hotel module, remote management, and the metered AI features on the cloud and software editions. We put every renewing line on the quote by name, because the question “what do we pay next year” deserves an answer before the sale, not after.

What that means for the buildings on this site

  • A hotel on a P560 carries: the unit with Standard, the hotel module (renewing), remote management (renewing), and Enterprise if the front desk wants the call-centre or Teams features. Trunks and remote management are included in our support agreements rather than invoiced separately.
  • A school on a P560 usually carries Standard and remote management. Enterprise is added for Teams integration if staff want it.
  • A town on a P560 or the Software Edition carries Enterprise for Teams and reporting, remote management, and hot standby where council asks for continuity.
  • A care home carries Standard, remote management and a second unit for hot standby.

Frequently asked questions

Can we run a hotel on the Standard plan?

Not with PMS integration. The hotel module is an add-on on the appliance regardless of plan.

Is remote management optional?

Technically, yes. Under our support agreements, no, because the response times and the backups we commit to depend on it. We say so in the agreement.

Does the Standard plan expire?

No. It is tied to the unit.

Can we move between plans?

Yes, up or down at renewal. Features tied to the plan stop when it lapses; the phone system keeps running on Standard.
